Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are far too busy working on your website or developing your web apps, you scarcely have time to monitor what is going on with your VPS server – if it is overloaded or whether all the processes are running okay. With our Admin Services package, we will take care of that on your behalf. Your server will be added to a custom–developed server monitoring software system and each time there’s a sign of a problem, our skilled technical support engineers will be warned right away.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your data is obligatory – one never knows when something can go wrong. And having signed for the Admin Services package, you will take advantage of every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to install and configure anything. Furthermore the backup copies will be retained on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard disks. Thus your content will always be secure, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. However, some scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra setup from you. That’s where our Admin Services option will come in real handy. It features 30 min of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you’ll be able to basically hire one of our practiced server administrators for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software application that you desire. Alternatively have him take care of a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an add–on for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
